I haven’t seen The War Lord since 1965 but I remember bits like Guy Stockwell’s death scene. His character name “Draco” was of course used as the surname for Harry Potter’s nemesis at Hogwarts. I don’t know is that is or is not a coincidence. Rowling was born the year this was released. And then there is Rosemary Forsyth. After this film and the next year’s Texas Across The River, I had a super crush on Rosemary.
