There's LOVE for John Williams (as there SHOULD BE), BUT how about some LOVE for John...

I have always loved how his sci-fi themes from the Bond movies, could sway from being chilling and unsettling, then straigth to haunting and truly majestic pieces.

While most likely not among the better of the  Roger Moore 007 releases, the score still stands among my favorites. 
I think Barry did one last, with Living Daylights, but out of most of the 007 music he wrote, the most John Barry/Bond moment (or so I believe) arrives about 2 minutes into the title cut of A View to a Kill (1985). Sadly, this aboslute fantastic version (gives me the goosebumps), does not excist on my CD soundtrack (the remastered 2003 version).
