Well ya one out of many things that he got right, that they most likely will not get right in the new version. But i could be wrong.

I don’t hate the Lynch film but I preferred the new one overall. I don’t think we’ll ever see a perfect film of Dune - such a thing probably isn’t possible - but Villeneuve’s movie gets quite a lot right, despite some heavy flaws.
