Maybe Im in the minority here, but I dont know why the NFL has Thursday night games in the first place as most matchups are dull.

Its their way of getting all the teams in prime time at some point. They know their ratings are good no matter who plays so they can get away with Jags-Bengals.

I love football but what you see on Thursdays ain't football. This isn't a game meant to be played twice in 4 days. It's almost always a sloppy, penalty-turnover-fest. Especially when they schedule crap teams.

In the old days that's what Monday nights were for; then they added Sunday night, but Thursday night? Overkill imo.
