I have no issue with going for the win. The problem here was not only were they not kicking a fg, they weren't trying to score either. They were trying to get a 1st down, which was stupid. There was no way, given the play called, that they were getting 3 yards there. Go for the win, or kick the field goal. Never the QB sneak. Dumb, dumb play. The QB sneak was poor execution. Allen needed to be up tight on the line and ready to push. He started back to try to fool the D into the possibility he would pass or run wider. When he walked up, the DT moved into the gap, and the OT couldn't move without a penalty. Allen's feet were spread with one way back at the snap, he had only his front foot on the ground, and never got any traction. They overthought it.
