I don't think I ever realized that he was named Jonn Milton, like the poet who wrote Paradise Lost... not subtle, but that's not what that movie was going for.

I never liked the film but I loved Pacino. So no clue on the subtle names.

I like the movie for all its absurdity... but my point was that name was not subtle. It'd be like making a new movie about a haunted hotel and naming the villain Stephen King.
