It took me by surprice that this satire could work outside the Scandinavian countries, but looking it up on old Imdb, I see it has titles in English, Polish, German and Russian (Soviet Era). Thinking about it, with a dubbing and a little editing it could have been used as anti-commercialism propaganda in the east block Europa.
