I don't like answering with best, because that implies objectivity.
59% isn't bad, it just points to the movie being more divisive among critics.
A movie can be as long as it wants if I am engaged in what I am watching.
Dune Part 1 is only slightly shorter and I wished it was both parts in one. I wanted the movie to keep going.
No Time to Die is even longer than Eternals, but I am not enough of a James Bond fan to go to the cinema to watch a 2hr 45m Bond movie.
