Why Modern Movies Suck - They're Written By Children

I read that Edward Scissorhands was inspired by Tim Burton's childhood dream. The way I see it, a good idea can from from just about anyone. But it more often than not takes someone with experience to refine that idea into something watchable or at least to recognize it as being interesting for other adults.
