Salzmank I think he’s got a solid enough rogues galley. It’s just not taken advantage of as much as say, Batman. Brainiac, Metallo, Cyborg Superman, plus I think Mongul, Lobo, Maxima, or Parasite could be interesting on film. From a design standpoint and their powers, I think other villains like Atomic Skull, Silver Banshee, and Imperiex could lend for cool action scenes. The characters themselves are solid, I agree, but I always think Superman could so easily overpower so many of these guys, which is why the writers have to keep giving them kryptonite or making them kryptonite-powered. Still, maybe I’m being unfair: No sooner did I click post than I thought that, say, a Bizarro movie could work, especially if he starts off as an intelligent being and slowly, unwillingly becomes the Frankenstein’s Monster. Hell I plum forgot about Bizarro. |
