Norway world champions for the 4th time

Norway won 29-22 against France in the final in the Women`s world championship in handball.

Norway have 11 medals in the world championship ( 4 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze) more than any other nation.


Norway is by far the most successful nation in women`s handball. 13 Gold medals ( 8 gold in the European championship, 4 gold in the world championship and 2 gold in the Olympics)
