I think I agree, I am not sure what you are trying to say though. See my edit in previous post. "Bryce seems to have implied that he is shedding the tag of "Christian". He further seems to have suggested that showing disrespectful behaviour towards other is a "non-Christian" like thing. I suggest everyone to re-read his post. "Non-Christian" like behaviour being synonymous with behaviour of Blade, Ada, Cody and Erjen can only be believed by someone who is still believing in principles of Christianity (even though he may not be willing to be recognised as a Christian). " I disagree, if someone identifies as Christian it is reasonable to hold them up to Christian behaviour (lets pick apart exactly what that means later on), whether you believe that it is a reasonable model for behaviour or not. If someone claimed to be a violinist but could not play the violin, you would be right to hold them up to account against the standards of being a violinist whether you were or not. |
