It's what Lahm criticized years ago. You're buying players just because they are good (and inexpensive), without thinking what you really need.

I have no idea but that it is more a business move than a matter of improving the team.
Like Serge Gnabry who is said to be a direct loan to Hoffenheim.
One could say a deal for the future, but by know it had just cost millions, in the end million Bayern might be short of in a possible deal with Sanchez (if at all).
If Sanchez was still a focus it would address one of our direst needs, albeit I'd prefer Griezmann.
Is Sanchez off the table - Y/N? I don't know.
I don't think that their signing makes any sense when the object is to improve the team in response to the recent losses against sides like Real.
We saw that Alsonso is too old (and by now gone - and it shows how bad Rummenigge and Co. are handeling these matters over the last years => Kroos) Vidal lacks the discipline, but mostly that we are too dependend on Lewandoski who is also said to lack the quality against the big teams.
Bayern - so my testemony - is a rather poorly managed club that lives since the last three to four years from its substance - hence my prediction that the decline will go on.
The new youth centre and the signings of young German national players might pay off - but it does not adress the current issues.
That's why I put this Star Wars clip into one of my comment - I just think Bayern is poorly managed and it takes a certain kind of humor to take it in.
