I'm not sure what this means, but zero tolerance policies leave no room for discretion.
I am saying that if blade has a sock account and people are getting banned for having sock accounts then blade must get banned or else there are no real rules.
No one has ever been banned for having sock accounts. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times: I neither encourage nor discourage sock accounts. What does this have to do with the ToS, anyway?
If you aren't sure if your post is going to violate the ToS, just don't post it. Err on the side of caution and this forum will live a long and happy life.
