I could say the same for "Free Bird". If I never hear it again, I'll be happy. Don't get me wrong, it is a great song, just overplayed on the radio. With all the back catalogs of all the artists, why do radio stations only play the same three songs by any artist over and over and over... I've also been asking that question for years. Apparently most of the Classic Rock radio stations are owned by corporations who are unwilling to play anything other than the few corporate-approved songs from each artist/band. I have no idea why. Corporate radio runs classic rock stations like they were Top 40 format-the same songs all the time. Great classic rock stations are a whole different animal, but most "programmers" don't get it. I wish they still had djs that knew their music and were allowed to play what they wanted to play. I use youtube as my radio station now, because my local stations were boring me to death with the same old songs.
