Looking at Pete's colon puzzle reminds me of a punctuation puzzle. Can you make sense of the following by just using punctuation marks and capitals (no moving of words): that that is is that that is that that is not is that that is not is that it it is That that is: is "that that is" that that is not? Is "that that is not"? Is that it? It is. In the words of the puzzle: is that it?
