This shows you haven't read the link and are just replying here to be antagonistic, nothing else. Farron has not been condemned just for one particular view - he even said at the end that he does not believe homosexual acts to be a sin. I see you still haven't listed a single thing anybody has done to Farron besides state an opinion of him. I dare to suggest that this is because nobody has done anything to him at all. Meanwhile you continue to dismiss those who take actual action against people they disapprove of as having done nothing at all wrong. So you are still condemning people for "discrimination" that is of a lower standard than that which you yourself dismiss as nonsense. You still stand revealed as a hypocrite. And none of your squirming has done a thing to change that. Oh, and yes, Farron did say that he doesn't believe homosexual acts are a sin. Which, given subsequent events, was clearly a lie. So good on you for getting your knickers so far in a twist on behalf of a liar. I never ever once said that the only form of persecution is prison. You are making nonsense up. I said that the gay cakes cases, which are the ones lately being debated the most, are bullcrap and liberals don't have a leg to stand on. Especially when much more serious things are going on. There could be other forms of verbal abuse that are very damaging. Such as gay students being severely bullied in school - I, and I wager the majority of people, are against that - even if the bullying is "just an opinion." The fact that I have to explain this to you is troubling and shows supreme lack of reading comprehension. |
