Well they were never going to exclude Incredible Hulk. It's part of the original phase 1 pack. And unlike films like Green Lantern which DC was planning to include as part of the DCU but actually ignore it now, IHLK isn't the Spirit of Vengeance type of film that needs to be ignored. It's fine. Not the greatest ever, but it's ok.
