Actually he set in place some mediocre strictures and several research and energy programs spawned by his spending currently exist. You made this same general statement months ago and were handed several examples. This "never read rebuttal and keep repeating the same question" thing is chronic.
::no:: Sweet baby Jesus. Trump is not "to blame" for anthropomorphic emissions or current PPM, nor is Obama "blameless" in that he could have done more during his time in the seat. Obama had, and Trump has, the opportunity to take action. Obama did to some weak degree. Trump, conversely, is literally just tossing bones to coal and oil execs. Don't see him setting the nation on the path to less emissions. Hope he proves me wrong.
