Incredible Hulk. It really doesn't add anything to the narrative, is only vaguely connected to the others, and features a different actor from the current MCU Hulk.
A close 2nd is IM3 because 1. There were too many loose ends in that movie and 2. It completely ruined the Mandarin character.
