I've generally found anti-natalism ridiculous. I've not seen any arguments for it that don't rest on nonsense and fallacies, including that anti-natalists always seem to be ethical objectivists.I might feel I am anti-natalist at times, but the reality is, I just don't really care for babies and poopy nappies and having the need to be surrounded by children, because I have to have childish distractions around me to prevent personal self-awareness and growth from within. Objectivists are likely atheist as well. I think you have claimed this yourself to me at some stage in a post. Anyone can act ethically, and that is just doing the proper and appropriate thing at the time. But who's to judge?
