Looks like we will be getting another xXx movie. A fourth film is in development. Even though the 3rd film underperformed domestically it was able to make a profit from its foreign gross.

I'm happy for Vin. Outside of the Fast and Furious franchise he's really struggled. I'm happy to see he is getting more work.

I think people still enjoy sequels and franchises. But the problem is there is way too many of them nowadays. It feels like every week some franchise movie is coming out. They need to start doing a better job balancing the sequels with more original content.
