I don't think they are that worried. They played it safe by introducing him in Civil War and letting people know he is in the good graces of that world now. They'll have to do the same thing with F4 if they get them back. They won't just make a movie of them cold. No but Spider-man is to Marvel what Superman and Batman are to DC. Its their number one hero. If the first solo outing of that hero in their shared universe fails it will hurt their universe. Im not worried about that because I liked what I have seen untill now but still, its a must succeed project. Number one hero in the comics. Not so much in the movies anymore. I think the MCU has gotten to the point that they really don't need Spider-man. He's a good addition, but he isn't their top character. Now if the movies were built more around him like in the comics (it was pretty much Spider-man, X-men, then everyone else) it would be different. With their last 3 outings, Sony screwed over the character in live action.
