Give me a break. They can talk a big talk, but they never got serious about it until AFTER two GOTG films. And youll never convince me otherwise.
I would say that were serious back then since they were already setting it up in that film.
They didn't set up anything with DOFP, all they did there was prove they were too cowardly to carry on from X3 and felt the need to undo everything because they love the status quo.
