There is only ten movies i gave a 10/10 to in general and based on IMDb the one with the lowest average rating is...
Open Range (2003) - 7.5/10 average with 56,662 votes.
p.s. the only others NOT in the Top 250 amongst my 10/10 level movies are... Lord of War (2005)/Road to Perdition (2002)/Training Day (2001).

i used to think Orphan (2009) was a solid movie (i gave it a 7.5-8/10 at one point) but it no longer holds up for me (i.e. 5/10(Thumbs Down)). it's a shame though as Vera Farmiga is in it who is THE most attractive famous person ever. speaking of Vera... i am not aware of another actress who's got a better overall set of Top 5 movies than she does (i.e. Source Code/Up in the Air/Running Scared/At Middleton/The Departed).
basically when it was solid for me it was mostly carried by Vera Farmiga/Isabelle Fuhrman.
