I did like "Signs" and aspects of "The Village."  "Lady in the Water" was the big stinker for me...which was a shame, as it could have been pretty good.

For a non-Shyamalan answer, I'll go with John Carpenter's "Ghosts of Mars."  I don't hate this movie, but its a huge step down from something like "Halloween."  To its credit, "Ghosts of Mars" was a hell of a lot more like "Doom" (the game) than the film version.
