Great movie.
Tarantino was brought in as a script doctor, and you can locate his flourishes if you look for them.
I'm pretty sure "Rocket Man" is his.
Had it been slightly reworked, it could have been a great sendoff to a certain secret agent, and the man who brought him to life.
Of course they didn't have the rights to the character...
