How many times has it been explained to you that if the coroner was working for HYDRA and falsified the report, then Civil War is an even worse movie because that means HYDRA kept a videotape of the murders (the ONLY evidence that conclusively proves it was murder and thus negates the entire purpose of falsifying the coroner's report) for 25 years when a logical person would've destroyed such incriminating evidence? Keeping the videotape is as dumb as if O.J. kept the knife and hid it in a cabinet in his garage.

Well these questions have been answered before so here goes...

As intimated Winter Soldier it was SHIELD that murdered his parents albeit operatives of HYDRA. You don't think it could be covered up by an organisation that had successfully infiltrated and integrated themselves into SHIELD at every level, for over 50 years?

Maybe the tape was held by someone for leverage? Who knows? Either way, a criminal/organisation holding onto incriminating evidence is something that has always been common in cinema

You are criticising the authorities for not going through proper procedures in a COMIC BOOK MOVIE. And you are assuming they are all legit. What do you want, scenes where the correct forms are filled in or something. Film makers sometimes assume that their audiences are clever enough to work out that some things may have happened off screen, and those not clever enough spend their time repeating themselves on the internet
