Muelsi with milk, I pretty much hate all shop bought muesli so I make up my own, a batch lasts me 2-3 weeks and takes about 10 mins to make. The base is usually jumbo oats with rye, millet and barley flakes, then I add nuts which I break up a little in a pestle and mortar such as almonds, brazils, pecans etc. Some seeds get chucked in, sesame, chia, sunflower, pumpkin etc. (Toasting some of the nuts and seeds like the pumpkin seeds and almonds make it really tasty).
Then what I think makes it really good is a bit of fruit just to add sweetness and balance things out and bring it all together, I hate currants/sultanas etc. in my muesli, I can eat a handful of them and love them, but just hate them in muesli for some reason! So I use a nutribullet blender with the seed grinding attachment, I add some wheatgerm and bran as they are a fine, dry, dust basically and add a few dates, prunes and/or figs and whizz them into a powder, if you get the balance right it will be a nice sweet free running powder that mixes through your muesli easily, trick is to not add too much fruit as then it clumps up.
I don't have a set recipe, it constantly changes and evolves but I like to think it's relatively healthy to some degree!
