Not at all. First Avenger is a better film for sure, not to mention Guardians, Avengers, Civil War, Iron Man, Winter Soldier, Doctor Strange, etc, but regardless, I'm just curious how all the "Oscar" people think about better reviewed films that came out just a month after. Can you at least elaborate on why you believe that TFA is "for sure" a better movie? I'll into more detail later, but the ending was far more cohesive, the villain more detailed and relevant, and it actually added something to the overall MCU narrative, which I don't see much coming out of this film that will do that. The amazons will be in some more flashbacks I guess, but aside from that, it's not really mandatory viewing to determine what's going on in the DCU.
