How exactly can you determine what impact Wonder Woman will have on the overall narrative of the DCEU at this point? Tell me the element from it that has the potential to carry over into some larger plot narrative. Ares and the gods don't seem to be coming back. And there wasn't really anything else in the film that would seem to matter. Are you thinking the amazons are going to be significant later? I don't. For starters, the Amazons are reportedly going to be tied into the backstory of the mother boxes, which are the main macguffin of JL. Also, they're planning on doing a sequel for WW , so there's no telling what will be of significance later. |
