That scary level in Half Life 2 and the chainsaw attack in ResEvil4 were the scariest moments I ever had. So those 2 games.
Remember playing the demo of Silent Hill on the PS1 and that was too weird so never tried one of those games again.
Mate always thought Aliens on the Amstrad 464 was scary but it didn't do it for me.
Just got a little fright during the week playing Yakuza 5 when a ghost appeared.
