Spider-Man: Homecoming is a high school comedy movie and it isn't going to make more at the box office than Wonder Woman. There's too much competition from other good movies in July. War for the Planet of the Apes and Dunkirk, 2 of this summer's most anticipated movies, will open July 14 an July 21 respectively. So Spider-Man: Homecoming won't even hold onto the #1 spot for more than 1 week and will have huge drop-offs after the 1st weekend.
