Avatar 3D the experience remains peerless, even if the actual film wasn't as epic as its technology.
Yes he is a great director, mostly because he doesn't care what anyone else thinks & he takes mighty risks.
He was also delivering female empowerment into his films a generation before it was cool. Hell, he practically made it cool all by himself yes?
