Horror films you feel are underrated.

I always had a soft spot in my heart for Dr. Giggles

and i know 'The Stepfather' films have a strong cult following - but i really don't think they're recognized just like i don't think Dolls is recognized enough which has a strong cult following.

I even enjoyed 'The Stepfather' remake....
