Of all the managers, Ronald Koeman is impressing me most with his transfer business. Not sure about Rooney and he needs to resolve the Barkley staying/going impasse, but he seems to know what he is doing and has options available to make up for Lukalu's loss but something tells me that Chelsea might end up with egg on their face, especially if the troublesome Costa goes
