I usually try to add stuff that hasn't already been listed, but "Zodiac", "Mulholland Drive", and "Shutter Island" are solid entries. Salzmank "Gosford Park" is definitely worth a watch. I hadn't heard of it until a friend recommended it and was pleasantly surprised. Also ditto on your thoughts on "The Prestige." That was a damn good movie and is on par with "Memento" as Nolan's best, in my eyes anyway. I don't know if it qualifies all the way for a mystery, but the British gangster flick "Layer Cake" (if you saw this movie when it came out, you were hyped for the announcement of Daniel Craig as James Bond) kept me guessing upon the first watch. Gangster movies bleed into mystery territory once in a while, but they're kind of their own thing. Great movie whatever you call it though.
