probably for MPAA reasons.....and the audience. they would either get hit with an R, or you'll scare the crap out of the kids if Peter's face was bleeding profusely or if his face was swollen and purple, covered in stiches. I was hoping for at least something similar to how Spiderman bled in Spiderman 1 after his fight with Green Goblin. Nothing too gory, but at least enough to emphasize how serious his fights were and to highlight how big a heart he has. |
