Both are excellent.
Wonder Woman because of Gal Gadot and Chris Pine, and solid writing, acting, direction, visuals, message, and theme (while mankind is capable of utter evil, mankind also has the capacity for goodness, which makes life worth living and fighting for). But the ending was basically two gods (or one god and one goddess) throwing CGI at each other.
Spider-Man: Homecoming because of Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Robert Downey Jr., Jon Favreau, and everybody else in it, but basically because of Holland, Keaton, Downey, and Favreau (and Ned). Also, a good, old-fashioned, but epic showdown between hero and villain; villain for first time in a Spider-Man movie defies cliche and doesn't die; villain is someone who can be reasoned with and is not over-the-top and maniacal (in other words, three-dimensional rather than cartoonish); Spider-Man doesn't want to kill Vulture but rather defeat his criminality and reach out to his humanity, making this similar to Batman and Robin (not in terms of quality, but in terms of theme and message); lots of humor and action; many great action set pieces, especially during daytime and very clear; plus, this is the first time in a Spider-Man movie that high school really feels like high school and high school students feel like high school students -- I'm middle-aged, and this is the first high school film I could really relate to, other than the super-power stuff.
So, final analysis, both are excellent, but Spider-Man: Homecoming is more fun and entertaining.
It doesn't hurt that I like the Spider-Man character far more than I like the Wonder Woman character, but it also doesn't hurt that the Spider-Man movie is very fun and entertaining.
