Amazing really how a 1990 movie can feel so much more dated than the original from 1968. Cheapish cinematography & routine directing make this feel almost like a TV production. Characters are nowhere near as interesting as in the original and many of them are overwritten. Judy Rose, oh my God, what were they THINKING with her? |
