I saw Lebowski mentioned earlier. My favorite movie. Have seen it hundreds of times, but one scene gets a belly-laugh from me every time I see it.
Everything about this is gold. The thought of Walter respecting this "what have you" enough to wear a suit makes me die every time.
This next one is the hardest I've ever laughed in a theatre. It's probably not everyone's style of humor, but I was cry-laughing. It was physically painful. Mostly due to the music...and that it's played so straight. In general, this is one of the funniest movies I've seen.
...And honorable mention to this short and sweet classic...
