Here are some classic anthology shows that featured introductions by a host.
The Twilight Zone The Alfred Hitchcock Hour Death Valley Days (originally hosted by The Old Ranger and later by several famous actors including Ronald Reagan) Tales from the Crypt (gotta love the Crypt Keeper) The Wonderful World of Walt Disney (I think it had a few different names over the years). This one doesn't quite fit the criteria because it showed movies but I count it just because it was originally hosted by Walt himself. The Outer Limits had intro narration sometimes (not really the same thing)
I am not including wrap around shows that played movies like "USA Up All Night" or "TNT's Monster Vision" or "Commander USA's Groovy Movies" or the countless horror host wrap around shows or riff shows like "Mystery Science Theater 3000".
Are there any other hosted anthologies that I didn't include here?
