Canadian actor Harvey Atkin has died aged 74. Atkin appeared in popular Canadian movies like Ivan Reitman's camp comedy 'Meatballs' (1979), William Fruet's gothic chilller 'Funeral Home' (1980) and Jim Drake's road adventure 'Speed Zone' (1989). He also featured in a pair of intriguing science-based horror thrillers from Jean-Claude Lord, the taut slasher 'Visiting Hours' (1982) and the intense drama 'Mindfield' (1989).
