Well, that's what happens when you try to cram all the character development you'd normally see in a trilogy in a single movie. well there are plenty of ensemble cast films that don't need a film per character, you can even take GOTG1 as an example where everyone comes together to seek a purpose greater than themselves. besides, we were going to get a JL film with Miller, with no multi-film lead up, and plenty of people were fine with it. |
