I don't know how you can say that it looks like it doesn't take itself seriously and see that as a bad thing. Antman, Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2, and the trailer for Thor: Ragnarok didn't seem to take themselves seriously. At all. That's typical hypocrisy by MCU fans. Nah, the MCU isn't ashamed of itself and embraces the wackiness. DCEU keeps trying to present itself as "serious drama", so when they try this stuff it doesn't match up. |
