Nah, the MCU isn't ashamed of itself and embraces the wackiness. DCEU keeps trying to present itself as "serious drama", so when they try this stuff it doesn't match up. so........what do you think they should have done? They shouldn't have tried the "serious drama" thing in the first place and just been apologetic about embracing the over-the-top nature of DC. |
