Or a tone that suits the plot more like. We already knew Thor and Loki and Hulk will live to Infinity Wars, so making it seem like they'll die in Ragnarok would be silly. And Apocalypse ended up getting thrashed for it's self-importance instead of embracing it's origins the way it should have. |
