The only positive to this in my opinion is that Flashpoint has major and interesting roles for Aquaman and Wonder Woman. Otherwise, it's a supremely odd choice. The whole plot only makes sense if you have established Barry ahead of time. A sequel might be OK, but as his first solo? Though it might be something like what the MCU did with "Age of Ultron"...the movie and comic had nothing to do with each other. Yeah the only major thing I am looking forward is seeing Thomas wayne as batman and Martha Wayne as The Joker, and those two actors will look awesome!!! Otherwise no, it would be like if The MCU did Civil war as their third movie. |
