An example might be to pretend that linguistic performance does not reflect linguistic competence. But that's just a guess on my part. I never said that. Obviouslt it can reflect it but not always. can If you had any kind of linguistic competency you would understand that you implied it. But tell you what, you called me out, show me where I display linguistic incompetence and then please differentiate this from linguistic performance. |
