Guilty pleasure makes no sense to me

I consider "guilty pleasures" to be things I like that most people wouldn't and that I myself consider a little silly.

It's not so much that I'm ashamed of myself for liking it as it is that I'd feel slightly embarrassed for someone else if I made them sit through it.
